Do you have products in stock that I can pick up the same day?

I heard Fleetwood and many products do not meet Title 24. Can we still use those products?

Can I e-mail you a set of plans for a bid?

YES. Plans are great.

I do not have a set of plans. What do I need to send you to get a bid?

A well prepared material list with as much information as possible is great.

How long should I allow for a window / door order?

This depends upon the manufacturer you choose.  It can be 3 weeks on up to 10+ weeks.  In addition it is important to allow enough time in planning stage to review all details of the order and decisions. This process can also take a few weeks depending on the project.

Do I need to pull a permit?

Most exterior window/door projects require permits.  We recommend customers to also use a qualified contractor to assist in the process.

My contractor is going to do the install, however, will you come out and measure?

NO. The person doing the installation needs to take the final measurements. We then take the measurements from your installer to validate the order with exact details.
